FROM BRIEF TO MARKET
A B2B creator campaign timeline built for momentum.
Creator campaigns move quickly when the positioning is sharp and the operating system is ready. The timeline should protect good thinking while removing the dead time created by unclear decisions.

How long does a B2B creator campaign take to launch?
A focused activation may launch within a few weeks. A larger program with many creators, technical review, custom production, and paid rights can take longer. The biggest variables are positioning readiness, creator availability, contracting, product access, and approval speed.
What happens before creators are contacted?
Define the audience, market idea, business job, proof, creator criteria, formats, rights, budget, and measurement plan. Outreach gets faster when the opportunity is concrete. A vague ask creates slow replies and generic work even when the creator is strong.
How much time should creators get?
Give creators enough time to understand the product, find an angle, and make work that belongs on their channel. Simple posts may need days, while demonstrations and deeper video need more. Rush only when the moment is truly worth the creative cost.
Should every creator publish on the same day?
Not usually. A concentrated launch can create a useful burst, but staggered waves build recognition and let the team learn. Sequence different voices and formats so each encounter adds something rather than repeating the same brief all at once.
When should paid amplification begin?
Prepare the rights and media setup before launch, then let early organic signals guide spend where possible. Some launch moments need paid reach immediately. In either case, define the decision rule before the team becomes attached to a particular post.
