BUDGET WITHOUT GUESSWORK
What B2B creator marketing actually costs.
There is no universal creator rate card. Price changes with the person, the work, the rights, and the risk. The right budget starts with the commercial job, not a target number of posts.

How much do B2B creators charge?
Rates can range from hundreds of dollars for a small activation to tens of thousands for scarce expertise, broad rights, or a larger audience. A post is only one part of the price. Research, production, revisions, usage rights, exclusivity, and paid media access all change the number.
What changes B2B creator pricing?
Audience quality, subject authority, content format, production effort, turnaround time, and usage rights all matter. Exclusivity and paid amplification usually cost more because they limit the creator or extend the value of the work. Reliable performance can also command a premium.
What campaign budget is realistic?
A useful budget needs enough room for several credible voices, strong creative, and repeated exposure. One isolated post rarely proves a strategy. Start with the audience, campaign length, and business value, then build the creator mix and paid support the job requires.
What does a creator marketing agency fee cover?
A real fee covers strategy, positioning, creator research, outreach, negotiation, contracts, briefs, approvals, production support, reporting, and problem solving. Some agencies also own paid media and usage rights. Ask what stays senior-led after the sale.
How should a B2B team judge the value?
Judge the program against the market shift it was hired to create. That may include qualified reach, stronger brand search, better sales conversations, inbound, trials, or pipeline. Cheap impressions are not valuable if the right buyers never notice or remember the company.
